Birthday

My baby Jack is one year old (and has been for a week!)
We spent the evening of his actual birthday in the clinic at Kaiser for his 104 degree temperature (poor little guy!) but he enjoyed a party on Sunday evening. Here are a few pictures from his party:

The cake

The presents

He had fun with one of his balloons!

And more fun (with food in the mouth!)

After Jack started sleeping through the night, the year flew by, and now here we are at toddlerhood! Can you believe it?

  2. Thanks! Yep, it was a silicone (sp?) mold--but in 12 pieces like cupcakes (but not round). And then I added the mini-cupcakes like alligator eggs because I had batter left over.

  3. We woke up on the morning of Jack's birthday and I told Dave, "it's Jack's birthday!" I meant to email or something wishing him a happy birthday. I guess he doesn't know the difference. That cake is great. Looks like he had fun. This is a good warm up for Christmas presents!
